Michelin-starred chef Ahmet Dede has announced the opening dates for his brand-new restaurant in Baltimore.
Baba’de, the latest venture by Dede and his business partner Maria Archer, will welcome its first diners on July 12th for a private party, with plans to open for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
“After that we open the 13th (Saturday night) and 14th (Sunday night) walk-ins only from 5pm until 9pm.” Dede said in an Instagram post.
The following week the restaurant will open every Wednesday to Sunday night for walk-ins, first in and first served.
“We will also be serving Turkish Breakfast and Brunch from 9am until 2pm last orders.” added Dede.
“Also in the mornings we will have lots of takeaway items available such as sourdough bread, breads, cakes, tarts, sweet treats, savoury treats and some of our signature flavours from Dede at the Customs House.”
“After six months of hard work and dedication to this project, we are finally ready. Looking forward to welcoming you all and can’t wait open the door and switch the lights on in our new home!” he added.
