Oooh – Bakestone Café is opening a new Cork City Centre location in the New Year

But Bakestone Café has confirmed it is planning to open a brand new location in Cork City Centre in February, with a hiring drive beginning today.

Founded by Cork natives Joe and Maura Carey in 2013, Bakestone Cafe already runs busy locations in Fota Retail Park in Carrigtwohill and at Fota House. They’ll be releasing the exact location of Bakestone Cork City in January.

The business will be a welcome addition to the City Centre – the cafés serve a delicious breakfast and brunch menu as well as all-day specials, cakes, healthy options and light bites to enjoy over Badger and Dodo coffee.

Now they’re heading for town they’re on the lookout for staff in all departments, from bakers and baristas to chefs, dishwashers and servers.

“We’re excited to announce that we’re hiring for all positions at our brand new city centre café!” the crew announced on Instagram.

“If you’re ready to work in a vibrant, community-oriented café, apply now – we can’t wait to meet you!”
