On Sunday 16th November 2025 (11am–3.30pm), we are hosting a Christmas Market Fundraiser at Scala Blackrock. It will be a family fun day with market stalls (over 40 stalls are confirmed with lots of Cork artists bringing their small businesses to Scala), face-painting, Santa, music, and more

I was wondering would you be able to promote this fundraiser for us on your artshouse show Sunday 16th of November. The Markets are on from 11 to 3.30pmwith lots of family fun, music (local cork young people performing on the day) all for a great cause.

The funds raised will go directly towards:

• After-school art and drama activities for children from low-income families and children with additional needs
• Places in our Summer/Easter camps for children who cannot access mainstream camps due to family circumstances (living in homeless accommodation, trauma background or low income families)
• Summer camps for children with additional needs (for down syndrome children and children with Intellectual disabilities)
• Building and maintaining our new sensory garden for the wider Cork Community to use.

We provide these safe and encouraging spaces for children of all abilities and circumstances at little to now cost and the money raised will help us to keep offering spaces to these children and families.
